💌 Do you accept returns?

We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged, and you provide a clear video of the unboxing as proof.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer (except if the item is incorrect or defective).
Products that are personalized, hygiene-related, or marked “final sale” cannot be returned.


📦 How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Shipping usually takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location and the product type.
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.


🎁 Can I send this as a gift?

Many of our products make perfect gifts!
While we don't currently include physical gift notes, feel free to email us your message and we’ll see how we can make it special. A full gift feature may be coming soon 💌


✍️ Can I personalize my item?

If an item is customizable (name, date, etc.), it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
If you have a specific request, feel free to contact us before placing your order!


🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! 🌎
International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.


📬 What if my order is marked “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

Please first check with your local post office or building manager (sometimes it’s left nearby).
If it still hasn’t shown up after a few days, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
